References to Other Good Sources

Having decided the world is a very large place, going to try something different for you all.

Wandering through Comic-Con and observing the writers, illustrators and books available
made me realize we need to share more.

Today my goal is to post various Blog Sites that share information on a steady basis that really
  carry weight in our research.

About a year ago Randy Seaver spoke about James Tanner and so I had to find out who he was.

I have followed Mr. Tanner ever since.  Not every topic fits but the ones that do are so helpful to
 even a seasoned genealogist.

Today he wrote about U.S. Census Records.  Suggest you click over and take a gander at his  information. Genealogy's Star- Let's Look at U.S. Census Records

Of course,  you are all aware of Judy Russell and her sharing knowledge about the Justice System  and Court Records.  Showing the “Show Me” types | The Legal Genealogist

Not to leave out my distant cousin and her blog. Her many tips on solving problems and making new  gadgets work are always excellent. Lisa Louise Cooke's Genealogy Gems - How to Find Your  Family His

There are many sources out there to help us.  Of course your already familiar with Randy Seaver's postings as a member of the Chula Vista Genealogical Society.
Genea-Musings

Planning to post various ones, over time and want to hear back if you have tried them and if there were helpful in your research.

We will probably cover some of them at our Workshops. Wanting to make sure you are utilizing information given to help you succeed.
