Shared from Judy Russell Very Important, LVA Records

Library of Virginia

Library of Virginia is a place that most people at one time or another will need assistance from.
Remembering Jamestown was before the Mayflower.  Virginia covered many states in it''s early development.

Some was created by the Trappers and very early Settlers, covering all the way to the Mississippi,
Near Canada border, and down south covering into South Carolina.

So please read Judy Russell's two blog posts about the Library of Virginia and it's needs.
We need this site more than many if you have early ancestors to the Colonies prior to it being
  a United States.

I have spoke to Judy and she said I could share but I am requesting you read both of these articles and share the information with others.

The Legal Genealogist: Records access alert: LVA funding

We can not afford to loose access or loose these documents.
The follow up post is posted below. Please read both.

The Legal Genealogist: Doing more for LVA
What more can we do?

I love the response Judy gave.

Having found many of my ancestors were at least in this county at one time or another.

  Begin forwarded message:
Yes, of course, feel free to share it. Thanks for asking.
