Library of Virginia is a place that most people at one time or another will need assistance from.
Remembering Jamestown was before the Mayflower. Virginia covered many states in it''s early development.
Some was created by the Trappers and very early Settlers, covering all the way to the Mississippi,
Near Canada border, and down south covering into South Carolina.
So please read Judy Russell's two blog posts about the Library of Virginia and it's needs.
We need this site more than many if you have early ancestors to the Colonies prior to it being
a United States.
I have spoke to Judy and she said I could share but I am requesting you read both of these articles and share the information with others.
